Our wide variety of menu options, including custom menus, cater to any event and any taste. We also specialize in vegan, vegetarian, keto, and gluten-free dishes and can accommodate any food allergies or dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor.

In addition to our in-person catering services, we also specialize in remote events and will travel with a portable kitchen to bring restaurant-quality dishes to any location you desire. We pride ourselves on using local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible, even growing our own specialty vegetables, fruits, and herbs on our small farm plot.

MEET THE CHEF

Abbott Catering was founded in Los Angeles in 2008 by Andy Abbott, a lifelong food enthusiast and chef. Andy began his culinary journey at the young age of 15, working in restaurants and honing his craft. By 17, he had launched his own catering company, catering events such as dinner parties, music video shoots, and opening night parties.

In 2010, Andy decided to make a change and moved to Arcata, California, located in the picturesque Humboldt County. He brought his culinary expertise to the area by taking over Citrine Catering, and quickly established it as the premier catering service in the region. Through his dedication to his craft and exceptional culinary skills, Andy earned critical acclaim and recognition as the "Best Caterer" and "Best Chef" in Humboldt County in 2019-20. He also won several international competitions, showcasing his culinary prowess on a global stage. His culinary creations also earned him blue ribbons at county, state fair competitions. Additionally, Andy was featured in an episode of a popular local PBS cooking show, further solidifying his reputation as a top chef in the area.

However, the pandemic presented a significant challenge for the business, leading Andy to make the decision to move to Oregon, a place he had long admired. Now in Oregon, Andy is excited to immerse himself in the community and bring his delicious, high-quality food to all the special events in the area.
